Annique Resque Essential Oil Breathe Blend – 5ml

Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts that use aroma to help improve your health. Take a deep breath and breathe in the wonderful and unique blend of Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Camphor essential oils.

Safety during pregnancy has not been established.

Suitable for children from the age of 5 and older. When used near and or around children, make sure that the aroma is not too strong.

PRODUCT APPLICATION:

1. Electronic Diffuser
If you do have an electronic diffuser, you can drip between 3-5 drops into the diffuser water and put the diffuser on to do its job

If you do not have an electronic diffuser, try some of these ways:

2. Hand Cupping
Drip 1-2 drops of the essential oil blend into one hand, rub your hand gently together and for a cup with your hand and bring your cupped hands over your nose and mouth and breathe the aroma in and out slowly.

3. Cotton Makeup Pads
Drip 2-3 drops of the essential oil blend onto a cotton makeup pad. you can place this anywhere, from in your shoes to in your car when you are driving, you can even peg the cotton pad onto your air vent in the car or at home and let the air carry the aroma through your car or home.

4. Make Your own Spray
Get a small glass amber bottle with a spray pump, fill the bottle with distilled water and add about 5 to 10 drops (depending how strong you would like the aroma), shake it up and spray!

5. Wooden Laundry Peg
Drop 2-3 essential oil blend drops onto the wooden laundry peg. The oils will absorb into the wood and diffuse. You can place these pegs anywhere

6. Favourite Toy or Blanket
You can add a few drops of the essential oil blend onto your child’s favourite toy or blanket when its bedtime, the aroma will help with relieving of congestion

7. Drops in Hot Water
When running a bath, add a few drops of the essential oil blend into your bath water and breathe the aroma in, or if you are very congested, add a few drops of essential oil in warm water which can be in the bathroom basin or a bowl, through a towel over your head and the bowl and breathe the aroma in to help relieve congestion
